Alan is a high school Senior at MMBay, who has grown tremendously in his confidence and public speaking skills through these past 3 years at MMBay. In Summer 2020, MMBay funded Alan to attend the Virtual Burd Institute on L.A. Media and Politics, to help him further his exposure to an area of academic and professional interest. In Summer 2021, MMBay supported Alan to attend the Summer Discovery program at Georgetown, to focus on studies in International Relations & Foreign Policy. Alan aspires to work at the intersection of politics and public policy, and is especially passionate about advocating for the rights of marginalized voices in his community.
